Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be available during the Congress and is included in your registration fee.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
An attendee list will be supplied to all attendees including sponsors. If you do not wish to have your details on the delegate list please ensure you indicate this on your registration form.
Please note any dietary requirements when registering for the Congress. All dietary requirements will be forwarded to the venue.
The dress code throughout the Congress is smart casual.
Unauthorised photography, audio taping, video recording, digital taping or any other form of duplication is strictly prohibited in Congress sessions.
Delegates are asked to set their mobile phones to silent when in sessions.
NAME BADGES AND LANYARDS
Name badges will be issued when registering at the Congress. For security purposes the Congress name badge must be worn at all times during the Congress and social functions. Entry may be denied if no name badge is displayed.
Every endeavour has been made to produce an accurate program. The program is correct at time of publication.
The registration desk will be located on the Level 3 Foyer of the venue.
Please ensure that you take all items of value with you at all times when leaving a session room. Do not leave bags or laptop computers unattended.
The Congress, venue and social functions are non-smoking.
Please note any special requirements for example mobility or sight, when registering for the Congress. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue.
All travellers to Australia, other than Australian and New Zealand citizens, are legally required to hold a valid visa or electronic travel authority (ETA). A valid passport is required for entry into Australia. It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and completed before you commence your journey. Delegates must register for the Congress before lodging their visa/ETA application.
